A Travel-Inspired Culinary Journey
After four years living and working in Hanoi, Vietnam, our return to England was flavoured by a deep appreciation for Asian cuisine. Inspired by our second home, Vietnam and also by our travels to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Japan, we dedicated ourselves to hone our culinary skills through cooking classes. During lockdown 2020, our longing for the flavours of our adventures led us to launch a 'cook at home kit' featuring handmade frozen dumplings. This initiative evolved into a successful street food and private hire business, culminating in our beloved outdoor restaurant in Marsden. Despite battling English weather for two years, we've now found a permanent home for our culinary vision at Café Æ i, 9 Peel St, Marsden.
